How it's happening / Wie es passiert
Elopement
We will be getting eloped to help the process of name changing and visa required for Elizabeth to move to Germany. We decided to get the legal stuff out of the way now, and celebrate with our family and friends at a later date!We will be getting married on May 28th, 2024 in Santa Ana, California. Since it is an elopement, we will not be able to invite our guestlist to this event, however, we will have photos taken and displayed at our Receptions, both in Germany and in the US.
Heimliche Heirat
Wir werden durchbrennen, um den Prozess der Namensänderung und des Visums zu unterstützen, welches Elizabeth für den Umzug nach Deutschland benötigen wird. Wir haben beschlossen, den rechtlichen Kram jetzt zu erledigen und zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt mit unserer Familie und Freunden zu feiern!Wir werden am 28. Mai 2024 in Santa Ana (Kalifornien) heiraten. Da es sehr kurzfristig ist, können wir unsere Gäste nicht zu dieser Veranstaltung einladen. Wir werden jedoch Fotos machen und bei unseren Empfängen, sowohl in Deutschland, als auch in den USA, ausstellen.

U.S. Reception
We will be having a reception at Noni's house in California, US in May 2025. The reception will be themed "Medieval, Fantasy, Renaissance" and we encourage you to come in your fantasy outfits!Invites to come!
About Gifts
Because Elizabeth will be moving to Germany we ask that you do not bring gifts to the reception in the U.S., as moving any items will be a huge process.While gifts at all are not necessary, we have made an amazon.de (German Amazon) wedding registry with items we can use there. The items will ship directly to Helge's home.
